Heartcore Healing

When I asked myself the question “What would I love to do if I had no thinking about it?”, the answer came back loud and clear: “Reiki healing”

Reiki is a natural healing technique that works in harmony with the body. I have always been interested in the natural elements that surround us and truly believe that many of our concerns can be resolved if we take more time out in nature.

It sounds too simple!

It does, doesn’t it? Yet, time and again I am seeing how taking more natural routes to relieve conditions such as diabetes, anxiety, depression, arthritis are having better results than those given by going down the pharmaceutical route.

Doesn’t it make more sense to heal ourselves in ways that compliment and harmonise with the naturals elements that reside within and around us?

A word on healing

Healing is not just for the sick and the infirm, healing can occur on all levels: mental, physical and emotional.

When I coach with clients, I am helping to bring about a healing for them that is usually on an intellectual level: clarity of thought, fresh thinking to give insights and new understandings about how they are. What always happens in addition to this is that healing also occurs on an emotional level. I even have clients that report improvements in their physical wellbeing as well.

How does this happen? Everything is intrinsically linked. The way we think informs how we feel. How we feel affects our physiology, and this in turn can manifest in physical conditions.

Healing ourselves on ALL levels is one of the best things we can do. Not just for us, but for everyone around us too. This is why, along with the transformational coaching that I do, I also do energy healing work.

I run my My Heartcore Healing practice in my local community. To find out more about my work and to book an appointment please visit my Facebook Page.

A few months ago I watched the BBC programme “The Doctor who Gave Up Drugs”. This further reinforced my conviction to give ourselves a chance to go with natural healing methods.
